Every Eurovoice Prepaid account that is not used for 6 months is automatically suspended. Does this “off-service” period means no new deposits to the account or complete non-use of the service?

By off service period we mean complete non use of the service. You are not required to deposit money on your Eurovoice account. The setup & maintenance checks are made every 6 months. If we do find at least 1 phone call on your account, regardless of the destination or of the person generating the call, your account will not be suspended.

Where can I see the settings for my Eurovoice account and the calls I’ve made so far?

The account settings can be seen in the Web care section, and as far as the calls goes, they can be seen both in the Web Care section as well as in the CRD Tool section – for better control we suggest using the CDR Tool. In order to have access to these applications please use the username and password that were given to you in the registration confirmation email.

How can I pay my bill?

Besides the traditional markets, a customer can by Euroweb services also via the online market. The user can choose from multiple payment methods: credit/debit cards, bank transfer and cash.
